Hajj Assistance

One of the most important journeys of a lifetime

Hajj is an obligation many people prepare for over years, and it asks for more planning, timing and paperwork than any other trip. Our role is to guide you through the practical side clearly, so you can prepare spiritually and physically without worrying about logistics.

Because Hajj arrangements are tied to fixed dates and official procedures, we encourage you to contact us early. We will explain what is involved and what you will need to prepare.

  • Early guidance on requirements and timelines
  • Help arranging stays in Makkah and Madinah
  • Coordinated movement between the holy sites
  • A team to turn to throughout the journey

Hajj and Umrah

Understanding the difference

Hajj

  • Performed on fixed days of Dhul Hijjah each year
  • Involves movement between Makkah, Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah
  • Needs early planning, specific documentation and set procedures
  • Obligatory once in a lifetime for those who are able

Umrah

  • Can be performed outside the Hajj days
  • Centred on Makkah, usually with a stay in Madinah
  • Shorter, with more flexibility in dates and packages
  • Can be repeated, subject to travel availability

The Holy Sites

Places connected with the Hajj journey

Makkah

The Kaaba and Masjid al-Haram are the centre of the pilgrimage, and pilgrims spend much of their time here.

Mina

Pilgrims stay at Mina during the days of Hajj, and movement here needs careful coordination.

Arafat

The day at Arafat is the central moment of Hajj, and travel to and from it is planned in advance.

Muzdalifah

Pilgrims spend a night here between Arafat and Mina as part of the Hajj rites.

Preparing Yourself

Practical things to think about before Hajj

Health and stamina

Hajj involves a lot of walking and long days. Many pilgrims speak to their doctor and build stamina well before travel.

Paperwork

Keep your passport and supporting papers safe, and ask us early about what is required in your case.

Time

Hajj dates move each year. Planning ahead gives you more choice and less stress.

Why Start Early

Early planning makes Hajj calmer

Fixed dates

Hajj takes place on set days each year, so availability and planning windows are tighter than for Umrah.

More paperwork

Procedures and documentation are more involved, and starting late leaves less room to fix problems.

Better choices

The earlier you plan, the more options you have for accommodation and travel.

Planning Checklist

Questions to ask before you begin

These simple questions help you and our team shape a realistic plan.

  • Who is travelling, and does anyone need extra care or assistance?
  • Are all passports valid and in good condition?
  • Have you spoken to your doctor about the physical demands?
  • What kind of stay would suit your family best?
  • Who will stay in touch with family back home during the journey?

Questions

Common Hajj questions

When should I contact you about Hajj?

As early as possible. Hajj arrangements depend on official procedures and set dates, and early contact gives you the most choice.

Do you share Hajj packages with prices?

Hajj arrangements differ by year and by category, so we share details and costs once you enquire rather than quoting a fixed figure online.

Can my family travel with me?

Please tell us who plans to travel. We will explain what is possible and what each person needs to prepare.

Can you also help with Umrah?

Yes. Many pilgrims perform Umrah at other times of the year. See the Umrah Packages page for our packages.
